Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join their legal team in Greenwood Village, CO. The ideal candidate will represent personal injury cases, requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. While primarily seeking candidates for on-site work in Colorado, remote work arrangements may be considered based on qualifications and experience. Duties Advise and represent clients in personal injury cases. Prepare and submit legal documents, including appeals and settlements. Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings. Negotiate settlements with employers, insurers, and other involved parties. Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support clients' cases. Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring they understand the legal process. Requirements Minimum of one year experience in personal injury area. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage a demanding workload and handle multiple cases concurrently. Proficiency in computer tools and legal software. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus. Education Active BAR License (Required) Certifications Active BAR License (Required) Skills Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in legal software.
