About us: Our firm has served clients in the Denver metro area since 1998. We are a general practice law firm that handles cases in a number of areas including Family Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Traffic- DUI/DWAI, Personal Injury, and others. If you want variety in your practice, our firm is the place for you. While we are a small firm, we a nice office space in DTC and are looking to expand in the next 1 to 2 years. This is a great opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join us and become a key member of the team that helps with our projected growth. It is true that we work hard for our clients, but we also place an emphasis on work-life balance. In addition, we are a true team environment where showing members of the team they are valued is a top priority.

About you: The ideal candidate will have experience in political/constitutional law or 3+ years of family law experience, but it is not required. Of course, the basics are required including a J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Colorado. Beyond that, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and providing general legal guidance, among other responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation (minimum of 3 years of litigation experience is required), excellent legal research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases across multiple practice areas effectively. In addition, you should be focused, driven, and self-motivated. A team player but also able to work independently.

About the Work Location: Hybrid (mix of in-office and remote work) available after 30 days. To start, the role would be in person (DTC) with travel to case meetings, hearings, etc. when needed.
