Litigation Attorney
Seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience to manage complex mass tort matters while working alongside accomplished trial attorneys in a collaborative, high-impact practice.
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join a nationally recognized Mass Tort Department handling complex, high-stakes litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to manage meaningful cases, work alongside accomplished trial attorneys, and play a key role in advocating for injured clients while developing advanced litigation skills.
Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of mass tort and class action matters from intake through resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
Participate in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop case strategy and address complex legal issues.
Represent and advocate for injured clients throughout the litigation process.
Prepare cases for hearings, settlement discussions, and trial.
Litigate matters in both state and federal courts.
Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal guidance throughout each case.
Effectively manage deadlines while handling multiple complex litigation matters.
Qualifications

• Active license to practice law and member in good standing.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Personal injury litigation experience required; mass tort or class action experience preferred.
• Experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside experienced trial attorneys.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
