Law firm seeking experienced receptionist bilingual (Spanish) front desk receptionist.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour break. Job duties include answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, making follow up phone calls, greeting office visitors, and processing mail.
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK, READ, AND WRITE ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST.
