We are growing and looking for a motivated, organized, and client-focused Case Manager to join our team.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or litigation support
• Draft and send letters of representation to clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and all involved parties
• Obtain and review insurance coverage information under Florida law
• Communicate with private insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid regarding coverage and medical bills
• Coordinate and prepare clients (under attorney supervision) for recorded statements
• Assist clients with provider coordination and property damage claims
• Maintain organized case files and ensure cases are demand-ready
• Provide consistent updates and excellent service to clients throughout their case
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to maintain quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Knowledge of legal terminology and legal procedures preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
