Job Full Description Office Assistant Bookkeeping & E-commerce Support Tri-Cities, WA | Full-Time $19+ per hour (DOE) Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy variety in your workday? We're looking for a versatile Office Assistant to support a dynamic, multi-brand manufacturing operation. Our team designs, manufactures, and markets high-quality products across multiple industries. If you like bookkeeping but want more variety than a traditional accounting role, this position is for you. What You'll Do In this role, you'll wear many hats and be a key part of daily operations: Process sales and e-commerce orders Support accounts payable with accurate, timely processing Maintain organized financial and business records Assist with product receiving and returns Help with product instructions, marketing materials, or online listings Provide customer support via phone and email What You Bring Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability Experience with: QuickBooks Enterprise (or similar) Microsoft Office Suite Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Shipping systems like FedEx, UPS, etc. Bonus (Not Required) Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with social media platforms Education & Experience Associate degree in accounting, business, marketing, or related field Relevant experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer Lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and 30 lbs. occasionally How to Apply Apply through your Kennewick Express office: Express Employment Professionals - Kennewick 7014 W.
