Maintain and inform Day Program Supervisor of all problems and suggestions within the Programs. Communicate with other QSAC departments regarding individuals we serve. Punctuality and regular attendance is expected. Maintain individual/family confidentiality. Commitment to company values and adherence to policies. Complete required QSAC orientation. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Driver's license. Ability travel throughout Nassau and all five NYC boroughs. Bachelor's degree and/or substantial related experience. Knowledge of OPWDD rules and regulations. Excellent writing skills. Strong organizational skills. Supervisory experience. OPWDD Supported Employment experience preferred AND/OR knowledge of Pathways to Employment.
