Engineering Manager

Responsibilities Managing projects by developing a roadmap with milestones, defining program strategy, and execution of the projects in phased manner for successful implementation. Developing project plans based on the PLM projects strategy and roadmap. Converting milestones into multiple projects considering dependencies and priorities such as regulatory and compliance priorities. Guiding and mentoring the project managers and project leads towards successful execution of the project. Liaising between business team and technical team to convert business requirements to technical requirements and providing governance and the best guidelines to the technical teams to ensure smooth and effective solution delivery. Guiding team to build secure Identity governance infrastructure by following security standards and protocols, secure network connectivity setup, deploying the holistic logging and monitoring systems and leveraging the intelligent alerts and triggers. Aligning skilled and experienced resources for the different stages of the projects for the successful execution of the program. Oversee interview, hiring and onboarding processes to ensure timely onboarding of the resources. Being the single point of contact for all matters related to the PLM projects and operating as a primary point of contact for the engineering teams. Manage end-to-end implementation of mission-critical, highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant governance and access management solutions.
