Automotive Technician - European Vehicles

Now Hiring: A-Level Automotive Technician

European Service Center | Memorial, Houston, TX.

Full-Time | Flat Rate | Weekends OFF.

Tired of fighting for hours, working Saturdays, and waiting on outdated scan tools?

Our Memorial shop is SLAMMED, and we need a seasoned tech who can turn that workload into a serious paycheck. Here, the cars keep coming, the equipment is top of the line, and your weekends belong to you.

Why Top Techs Choose ESC:

• The work is there. A very busy shop with fleet accounts like Amazon, FedEx, Medic One, and Susie Cakes keeping the bays full.
• Your weekends are yours. Monday through Friday only. Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• No franchise, no corporate maze. No layers of management. Your voice actually gets heard.
• Room to move up. We plan to more than triple our locations over the next 10 years, and we promote from within.

Tools That Make You Faster (and Make You Money):

• Latest OE and aftermarket diagnostic platforms and computers.
• On-site programming for every vehicle, with no sending cars out.
• Full ADAS calibration capability.
• Hunter camera alignment system, tire mounter, and balancer.
• Nussbaum lifts throughout, both scissor and two-post.
• AC in the shop!!!

No more guessing with a generic scan tool. Diagnose it, program it, calibrate it, and flag the hours.

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive flat rate compensation.
• Health insurance with a very low deductible and HSA.
• Company pays 50% of your health care premium.
• Dental and vision.
• Matching 401(k).
• Paid vacation.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• ASE or OEM certification preferred, but we'll train the right person.
• Valid driver's license.
• Drive, motivation, and pride in doing the job right.

Who We Are:

European Service Center is one of the largest independent European repair company in the U.S., with shops in Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston. Each location runs independently with a true family atmosphere and the resources of a growing company behind it.
