Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center 2810 Golf Road Pewaukee, WI 53072, USA Description The Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center in Pewaukee is seeking an experienced Banquet Chef to manage our busy banquet kitchen. This key #2 kitchen management role requires strong organizational skills. Salary $70-80K; full benefit package and perks such as discounted water park admission. Relocation assistance available. Responsibilities Mentor culinary and sanitation staff under the Executive Chef. Demonstrate leadership, organization, and culinary skills in high-volume banquet preparation. Manage up to 100 weddings per year in 2 ballrooms and 4 event spaces, including chef’s tables and wine dinners.
