They are hoping to find someone long-term who will grow alongside their family and become a trusted, steady presence in their child’s life. The ideal candidate is engaging, gentle, and proactive, with a strong understanding of infant development and milestones, and a genuine passion for fostering growth through attentive, screen-free care. As first-time parents, they value a nanny who communicates openly, offers guidance, and works collaboratively with them in a supportive and respectful way. A willingness to travel is a plus, and a personal vehicle is required for the role. The family also has a dog, so comfort around pets is important, though a dog walker will assist when both parents are at the office.
