The child still takes a 3-hour nap each day, during which the nanny will help with light household tasks such as laundry, cleaning up the kitchen, and wiping down counters. The ideal candidate is hands-on, patient, and enjoys reading, play-based learning, and spending time outdoors, while working with the family to encourage development and minimize screen time.
