Job description Recruiter / Lead Recruiter -1 TO 6 YEARS | Salem Location: Salem Experience: 1-6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Job Summary We are hiring dynamic Recruiters / Team lead to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and ITES(Volume hiring) roles. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in staffing and a passion for building a career in recruitment. Key Responsibilities Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle with a strong focus on IT and ITES hiring mandates Drive sourcing strategies using various channels to attract high-volume and niche talent within the IT/ITeS domain Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes Maintain Trackers, MIS reports, and candidate Database Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement innovative hiring strategies for IT / ITes hiring Experience & Requirements Proven experience in IT / ITeS hiring (Volume Hiring) Prior experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team is preferred Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management Ability to manage high-volume hiring with tight deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS platforms Interested candidates apply Email: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
