Summary Serve as a sales-focused team member in the Outlet, delivering personalized customer experiences and driving sales through relationship-driven selling. Proactively engage and educate customers on product features, benefits, and craftsmanship while maintaining the brand aesthetic and store presentation. Collaborate with colleagues to support overall store performance and meet team objectives.
