We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Paralegal to join a highly regarded law practice in the Greater Cincinnati area. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in probate, estate administration, and fiduciary tax, we’d love to connect! Key Responsibilities: Draft estate planning docs, ancillary pleadings, and probate court filings Coordinate lifetime and post-death asset transfers with CPAs, wealth advisors, and financial institutions Prepare federal and state tax filings, including Forms 706 (Estate) & 709 (Gift) Assist with entity governance, corporate records, and minute books for family businesses Qualifications: 3+ years of estate planning, probate, or fiduciary legal experience Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (Paralegal certificate preferred) Familiarity with IRC, Form 706/709 prep, and asset titling Strong organizational, research, and client-facing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
