This is a Paralegal Opportunity – Personal Injury (Plaintiff) in Cincinnati, OH. Our client, a growing personal injury law firm, is actively seeking a Paralegal with plaintiff-side experience to join their expanding team. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—providing updates, gathering case details, and managing court date communications Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case development Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Investigate facts to assist in the negotiation and resolution of legal disputes Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Maintain accurate and organized client records and case files Qualifications MUST HAVE prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff-side) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in legal research and document preparation Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Competitive salary up to $65,000 (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Paid holidays and floating holidays Year-end performance bonus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
