Our Challenge:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Software/ AI Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise AI and automation solutions leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Lyzr, and Power Platform . The role will be responsible for establishing AI architecture standards, governance frameworks, security best practices, and solution documentation while guiding development teams through implementation.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $130K-$140K/year & benefits (see below).

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design enterprise AI and GenAI solutions.
• Lead development of AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Lyzr.
• Design intelligent automation solutions using Power Platform.
• Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Develop architecture standards, reference models, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in AI/GenAI architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Microsoft AI Foundry
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Azure OpenAI
• Lyzr
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
