Raise the team’s practical fluency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio so new habits stick. Deliver a small set of working agents, skills and reusable prompts that the team owns and can extend. Leave behind a governed, documented approach the team can sustain without external support.

Adoption and change:

Encourage day-to-day use through champions, follow-up clinics and practical guidance. Track adoption and usage, gather feedback and adjust the approach as the engagement progresses.

Governance and responsible AI:

Design every solution within Client’s AI governance, including license-owner approval for Copilot capabilities, data handling and responsible AI principles. Account for UK and EU data residency: access to Anthropic models in Copilot and Cowork is restricted for UK and EU colleagues because those models may process data in the US, and is opt-in after considering client, contractual and regulatory obligations.

Knowledge transfer and handover:

Document solutions, prompts and ways of working so the team can run and extend them independently. Agree ownership for each agent and skill and complete a structured handover before the engagement closes.
