Project Manager/Delivery Manager

Overview Cloud Hybrid is seeking an experienced technology delivery leader to manage complex, distributed systems projects and oversee multiple specialized functional teams. The role requires substantial experience in project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and delivering results on time and within budget. Responsibilities Oversee and directly manage Application Development, Solutions Design, Business Systems Analysis, Support, and Technology Project Management teams. Ensure seamless management of ongoing infrastructure support shared services. Communicate the technology organization’s overall book of work and manage stakeholder expectations. Act as the primary point of engagement for planning, demand intake, capacity forecasting, and project lifecycle management. Manage cross‑functional IT professionals to support business clients, internal partners, and stakeholder needs. Identify and mitigate risks, monitor project progress, and take corrective actions as necessary to guarantee project success. Present strategic ideas and project updates to senior leaders and technology partners. Qualifications 6–8 years of experience in end‑to‑end technology delivery and project management. Strong experience executing large, complex projects in a distributed systems technology ecosystem. Project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation skills, including managing vendor statements of work. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills. Good knowledge of Retail Banking Collections Recovery space is preferred.
