Operations CoordinationForce Pressure Control is seeking to fill an operations coordination position in its West Texas facility. As a central responsibility, the operations coordinator will receive, fulfill, and document operational requisitions. Candidates are expected to exhibit proficiency regarding completion operations scopes of work.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with operations and sales departments to fulfill customer requisitionsCommunicate customer requisitions and timeline expectations to production and service departmentsEnsure compliance with customer timeline expectationsCoordinate with production and service departments to verify accuracy of customer requisitionsCoordinate and supervise mobilization of requisition equipmentCoordinate and verify return of requisition equipment and equipment conditionEnsure compliance with facility shipping and receiving proceduresComplete all required documentation and data entry including, but not limited to: customer requisitions, asset management software, daily operations documentation, customer satisfaction documentation, general administrative documentationOther assigned dutiesRequirements and SkillsIn depth knowledge of completions operationsAbility to communicate and delegate effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skillsetCommitment to detail and time managementPossession of QAQC mentalityAbility to navigate databases and form-format resourcesWorking knowledge of MS Office suiteReliable and punctualLocal candidates preferred (Odessa, Midland).The Operations Coordinator position is a full-time, exempt position.Compensation commensurate with experience and relevant skillset.Applicants have rights under Federal Employment Laws.
