The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including product and services agreements and vendor contracts. The successful candidate will also provide legal advice on intellectual property, data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance while supporting internal departments with process improvement and dispute resolution. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state. A minimum of 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment, specifically focused on commercial transactions, is required.
