The successful candidate will provide legal counsel on routine and complex commercial matters, with a focus on technology and transactional agreements such as SaaS, software licenses, and hardware procurement. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating vendor contracts, assisting with confidentiality programs, and conducting legal research on commercial topics. Eligibility: Applicants must hold a JD degree and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Illinois and possess 3-5 years of relevant commercial legal experience in-house or at a law firm. Experience with regulated financial institutions or securities laws is preferred.
