This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.Our opportunity:The Senior Manager will develop and deliver operational strategies that drive scale and efficiency and result in improved employee and client experience. They will own the organization’s Business Process Management (BPM) program through IBM Blueworks Live and will lead key business transformation initiatives. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for assessing the efficacy of current state business processes, proposing future state enhancements, identifying technology opportunities to automate workflows, and informing optimal target operating models to drive operational excellence.What you’ll doOwn Business Process Management (BPM) framework, governance, and tools and ensure all current state processes are documented with operational time standards, supporting systems, and future state opportunities through the IBM Blueworks Live platform.Analyze data, conduct root cause analysis, and cultivate insights for business and operational enhancements.Conduct business capability assessments and make recommendations about people, processes and technology.Lead business transformation initiatives that design and develop core operational processes, inform target operating models, and deliver scale and efficiency for the broader organization.Partner with Digital Solutions and identify system enhancement opportunities to streamline and automate operational workflows.Establish success criteria and track the business impact and ROI of process improvements and other business transformation efforts.Utilize change management best practices to ensure internal buy-in and adoption of assigned activities.Participate in cross functional initiatives and support strategic programs.What you haveExtensive experience with business process mappingExperience with value stream mapping and service blueprinting.Ability to develop strategic business proposals using data driven insights.Experience leading cross-enterprise initiatives.Strong Project Management and Change Management skill set.Lean Six Sigma Experience; Six Sigma black belt certification preferred.Strong analytical backgroundProven track record of building relationships with business partners and stakeholders.Experience and exposure working with and presenting to senior leadership teams; strong executive presence.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-123539Posted Date: 2 weeks ago(7/21/2026 11:13 AM)Category: Data, Analytics, Business Insights & StrategySalary Range: USD $91,800.00 - $204,100.00 / YearApplication deadline: 8/8/2026Position Type: Full time
