The successful candidate will be a key player in the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans and initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building, and a proven track record in marketing communication strategy, data-driven marketing, and digital marketing. The CSO will collaborate with the President and COO to develop and implement the company's strategic plans, assist in communication planning for the brand's marketing executives, and formalize the company's strategy planning process to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Managing stakeholder relationships, leading the Strategy and Planning team, and championing the company's branded solutions are also central responsibilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a primary focus on marketing communication strategy, data-driven marketing, or digital marketing. Experience in an established creative agency, brand creative group, or a creative role within a technology company is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills, and be capable of both long-term and short-term planning. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, as well as the ability to foster a collaborative and persuasive team environment. Knowledge and experience with syndicated research tools and various marketing technologies for audience-based planning, targeting, and optimization are also important.
