Who We Are White Lodging is hiring a Lead Line Cook who delivers results and is ready to accelerate into a Sous Chef role. This position is designed for high-performing culinary professionals who want to drive kitchen outcomes, elevate team performance, and contribute directly to the success metrics of a fast-paced hotel operation. Description As a Sous Chef-in-training, you'll contribute to daily production goals and support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes. You'll play a central role in achieving our culinary goals across multiple outlets within one of the country's leading hospitality companies.
