Construction Manager

Accrescent Group

We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in utilizing construction management software.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

\- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process

\- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

\- Read and interpret construction documents to ensure accurate project execution

\- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

\- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

\- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project coordination

\- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

\- Proficient in construction documents reading and interpretation

\- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines

\- Experience with construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, or similar tools

\- Knowledge of project coordination and scheduling

\- Previous experience in construction site management is preferred

\- Higher Certification and/or Certifications in Underground Utilities, Water/Wastewater Plants, or Building Construction is a plus.
