Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for a multi-location practice
• Make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients
• Create and manage intake files; collect and record client information
• Open new cases in case management software
• Assist with administrative tasks: filing, faxing, sorting, and distributing mail

Qualifications

• Prior inbound customer service experience/call center experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office; type at least 55 WPM
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
