Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to support large, on-site construction projects in the Nashville, Tennessee area. These roles will be focused on major ground-up and large-scale projects, typically ranging from $80M to $150M+ in value.

The anchor projects in the Nashville market are outpatient healthcare facilities, including surgery centers, outpatient clinics, and medical office buildings, which are a major growth focus due to Nashville's strong and expanding healthcare industry. In addition to healthcare, the team will also support large commercial, office, industrial, and other technically complex projects.

The first several years of this role will be dedicated to establishing and expanding the organization's presence in the Nashville area. Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets; overseeing day-to-day project execution; and handling project documentation, reporting, and close-out activities. This position requires being on-site five days per week and confidently managing projects valued at $80M+.

Skills and Requirements

2-8 years of experience as a project manager

Experience managing $80M+ builds

Experience working for a General Contractor

Ground-up construction experience (~ complicated high-rises) Healthcare construction builds (hospitals, outpatient clinics medical office)

Background with firms such as Hensel Phelps, Brasfield & Gorrie, Vann, or similar
