Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager)

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager) in Nashville, TN.Core Responsibilities:* Facilitate delivery across multiple agile teams/workstreams under Elevate Clinician Digital Experience Program* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)* Lead Development of the Clinician Experience MVP Product build, including ensuring backlog management across workstreams* Support sprint planning and execution; Surface risks and dependencies for resolution by Program Manager* Manage vendor coordination, Timeline, and resource planning (ensuring teams are accurately tracking timecards)* Partner with Transformation Team, Digital Product, IT Gov, Data and Analytics, and platform leads to sequence delivery and dependencies and hit quarterly outcomes* Establish clear operating rhythms, reporting, and stakeholder communications* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvementRequirements* Demonstrated multi work stream scrum management for Clinical Digital Experience initiatives at enterprise scale* Proven budget and resource management across internal teams and external partnersTooling:* Jira & Azure DevOps for facilitating scrum ceremonies* Familiarity with Excel, Oracle, and ServiceNow for budget and program trackingJob TypeContractCompensation65 - $75
