Some of our most successful employees are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers!What our Shop Managers love about Take 5:Earn up to $55k+ per year as a Shop ManagerFREE oil changes!Full-time employees get PAID TIME OFFHealth, Vision, & Dental Insurance401(k) company match for all employeesAs a Take 5 Shop Manager, your job will include:Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew membersCreating crew schedules & submit payrollControlling inventory: Conduct End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventoryPlacing product orders and physically restocking inventory as necessaryUnderstanding the shop's financials to drive results and utilize budget wiselyConducting quarterly employee evaluationsSupporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto servicesDrain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessaryProviding excellent customer serviceAll our Shop Managers need to meet the following requirements:Must be able to lift to fifty (50) poundsMust be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under carsMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningMust be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessaryMust have reliable transportation to and from the shopMust be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasionMust have basic computer operating skillsPosition Location: OhioCompensation Range: $43,800.00 - $72,200.00Compensation Frequency: AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
