Senior Director Human Resources - Puerto Rico Site Lead

Amgen seeks a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead the Puerto Rico manufacturing site with over 3,000 employees. This pivotal role shapes workforce strategy, talent acquisition, culture, and organizational development while serving as strategic advisor to site leadership in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR team and provide coaching to HR business partners to drive business value
- Develop and oversee execution of talent strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
- Serve as strategic advisor to site leadership on HR strategy, culture, talent management, and change
- Drive integration initiatives and organizational change efforts supporting business growth
- Foster engagement and inclusive culture through innovative strategies amid dynamic growth
Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 5 years HR experience, or Master's degree and 9 years HR experience, or Bachelor's degree and 11 years HR experience
- Minimum 5 years in additional unspecified experience (text incomplete)
- Strategic HR expertise in talent management, compensation, and organizational development
- Experience leading large HR teams and managing complex employee relations matters
- Knowledge of local employment law compliance and international HR practices
- Demonstrated experience with organizational change management and culture building
