Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

The General Production Worker will support the manufacturing and paint line process by preparing, hanging, painting, staging, stacking, and removing parts while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor and production.
• Proficiency in inspection, sheet metal, and carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general production and fabrication is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is based in a large, semi climate-controlled facility with an open shop floor plan. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Hill, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
