Director, Product Management

- Own the product direction for one of the largest sports sites on the internet
- Set product strategy for CBSSports.com and translate it into clear priorities teams can act on
- Own the web plan
- Treat web as the reach and discovery engine for CBS Sports
- Prototype to think
- Coach and develop 1 to 2 PMs through structured feedback
- Partner with design and engineering directors on cross-squad alignment
- Represent product to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product, with meaningful time in a leadership role
- Consumer web at scale, ideally high-traffic and real-time.
- Strong prioritization instincts
- Fluency with the levers that move large-scale web
- Comfort prototyping in code with AI tools
- Fluency with product analytics, experimentation, and outcome accountability
- An AI-native working style.
