Director, Product Management, Operate

Director, Product Management – Enterprise Division
Clio is expanding its Enterprise division and seeks a Director, Product Management to lead product strategy and evolution while acting as a key customer evangelist in North America. The role will be based in our NYC office in a hybrid schedule, twice per week.
What You’ll Work On
- Strategic product leadership: craft vision & strategy, set direction across multiple product roadmaps.
- Product positioning and market insight.
- Prioritize high‑impact initiatives, manage trade‑offs.
- Build product culture and framework for data‑driven decisions.
- Oversee end‑to‑end lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Track metrics and optimize product continuously.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales.
- Work with prospects and customers to secure confidence and translate needs into roadmap.
- Guide creation of end‑user, configurator, and developer materials.
What You Bring

Your Experience
- Minimum 9 years product management in tech, experience with complex software platforms.
- Track record designing and building volume technical products.
- Experience integrating AI into core processes.
- Strong analytics, metrics focus.
- User research, data‑driven product decisions.
- Leadership of cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills.
- Bonus: founder/entrepreneurial experience; legal experience.
