Responsibilities Support the talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates. Manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence and assist in developing strategies to drive branch sales and profitability. Assist with the coordination of procurement, inventory control, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and sales in accordance with company policies. Resolve branch‑level problems, investigate customer complaints (damaged items, overcharges, shipment/delivery delays), and make necessary resource adjustments. Investigate inventory discrepancies and make adjustments as required. Serve customers and support the counter and inside sales functions; ensure all sales orders are billed correctly and in a timely manner. Schedule staff and analyze budgets and variances. Enforce a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related role. Perform other duties as assigned. Operate a company or personal vehicle more than 20% of the average work week; a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in computer software for sales orders, preferably Oracle. Knowledge of construction and industrial products. Spanish language proficiency (preferred). Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience. Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices.
