Local Account Executive

KTBS is looking for an experienced Local Media Account Executive who understands today's marketing landscape and knows how to combine the power of broadcast television, digital media, streaming, social, and integrated marketing into solutions that help local businesses grow. We're not looking for someone who simply sells advertising. We're looking for someone who develops long-term relationships, earns trust, and becomes an extension of each client's marketing team. What You'll Do Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local business owners and decision-makers. Create customized marketing strategies using television, digital, streaming, social, and sponsorship opportunities. Become a trusted marketing consultant for your clients—not just another salesperson. Prospect for new business while growing existing accounts. Work closely with our creative, digital, and production teams to build successful campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and continually optimize client results. Stay current on emerging media trends and digital marketing solutions. What We're Looking For A proven track record in media sales, advertising, or marketing. Strong knowledge of both linear television and digital advertising platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A consultative sales approach focused on listening first and recommending solutions second. Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large account list while generating new business.
