This this position will coach Account Managers to consultatively sell to Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs) and achieve mutually aligned and developed goals for growth. Focus areas for this position include leading through effective coaching, inspiring, collaborating, and strategic execution of Alcon key priorities to deliver innovation and value-added solutions to Eye Care Professionals.
