Solid understanding of blood and electrolyte replacement process protocols. Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds - 41 Type of Staff: Day Shift - 1 charge, up to 5 RNs, 2 PCTs per floor. Night Shift - 1 charge, up to 5 RNs, 1 PCT per floor. Patient Ratios (Estimated) - 4:1, max 5:1. Type of Equipment - Baxter pumps. EMR - Meditech. Typical Hiring Profile: General medical oncology understanding. Familiar with ports and central lines. Typical Procedures Performed: Blood and electrolyte replacement daily. Sterile dressing changes. Best Personality Fit: Team-centered approach. Weekend and On-Call Requirements: Rotating schedule.
