Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering and analyzing complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and managing project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a focus on customer management and collaboration with cross functional teams to enhance reporting processes and system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Design and develop system solutions in collaboration with IT teams, ensuring scalability and fulfillment of business requirements.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance, identifying and resolving system issues effectively.
• Lead user training sessions and provide advanced support, maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Drive report modernization initiatives to enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
• Streamline reporting processes by implementing advanced analytics and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate modern reporting solutions.
• Improve efficiency and decision making through automated and real time reporting capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in report generation and distribution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in customer management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in system design and development, particularly in collaboration with IT teams.
• Proficient in testing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a support function.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of business processes and reporting requirements.
