If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York (US-NY), United States (US).M&T Senior Data/Reporting – Business Analyst Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Support the Data and Reporting value stream of the M&T AFS Vision programDevelop Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) for AFS reports, detailing all applicable information for the report to be re-created from AFS Level III to AFS VisionManage FRDs through review and approval process; engaging with business, technology and other stakeholders as requiredSupport Developers as they work through FRDs and re-build reports using AlteryxSupport test execution and requirement traceabilitythrough report attestationBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a data analyst capacityMinimum 1+ years of experience supporting creation and or management of Alteryx workflowsMinimum 1+ years of experience working at financial institutionsTravel:This position requires someone who can travel at least 80% if local to a M&T site (e.g., in Buffalo, NY area). Otherwise, remote work is expected to be primary location, with possible quarterly travel requirements.
