Sr Manufacturing Associate

Senior Manufacturing Associate at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher company, responsible for executing and optimizing oligonucleotide production workflows, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Execute and troubleshoot oligonucleotide production workflows and reagent preparation processes
- Train, mentor, and onboard new team members on SOPs, safety, and quality standards
- Lead or support investigations into process deviations, quality events, and corrective/preventive actions
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to meet throughput, quality, and on-time delivery metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with nucleic acid manufacturing, DNA amplification, purification, and sequencing workflows
- Advanced attention to detail and ability to follow and improve Standard Operating Procedures
- Ability to work in laboratory/manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation: $35–$40 per hour; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
