Job Title: Cloud Platform Engineer
Location: Nashville, TN (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months
Responsibilities :
- Able to perform triage/troubleshoot for the production issues.
- Perform deep dive analysis on business queries related to claim processing.
- Able to write SQL queries for business requirement.
- Able to identify any performance issues with existing code/job setup and suggest the possible fix.
- Able to support oncall when required (rotational basis) 24*7.
- Able to lead P1/P2 bridge calls independently , articulate the problem statement and channelize the next steps with stake holders.
- Able to support on weekend/holidays on rotational basis.
