Part-Time Legal Receptionist

Speaks Law Firm is seeking a professional and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be an important first point of contact for clients and callers. We are looking for someone with experience handling a high volume of incoming calls who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and provide a positive, professional experience. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Candidates must be available to work part-time within these hours. Our highest call-volume periods are typically Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate a multi-line phone system in a high-volume setting Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and professionally Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate team members in a timely manner Provide courteous, helpful service to clients, prospective clients, and other callers Assist with other reception and administrative duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least two (2) years of customer service or receptionist experience Experience managing high-volume, multi-line telephone systems required Prior law firm or similar professional-office experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Intermediate computer skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills A willingness to support team members and assist where needed Professional, reliable work ethic Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus Compensation This is a part-time, hourly position starting at $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
