You will provide timely and accurate customer service utilizing good communication skills, computer skills, and on-the-job training. You will assist Hoosiers with a broad scope of BMV needs. This intermittent position will serve at the Indianapolis, Indiana, East BMV branch office. Branch hours are:Sunday: ClosedMonday: ClosedTuesday: 9:00 am - 6:30 pmWednesday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pmThursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pmFriday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pmSaturday: 9:00 am - 12:30 pmPay Rate: This position traditionally starts at an hourly rate of $19.31.A Day in the LifeThe essential functions of this role are as follows:Use your job knowledge to conduct customer transactionsAnswer customer's questions and provide guidanceAssist with the daily opening and closing of the branchCheck transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper accountingWork with leadership to resolve escalated customer concerns and system problemsFile applications as completed throughout the dayThe job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
