Industrial Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems including the following: complex conveyor belts, palletizers, automation equipment, PLCs, water systems, steam boilers, etc. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant components while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures. Additional responsibilities include managing spare parts inventory, recommending tool and equipment purchases, and assisting in process improvements. The technician will also support projects, oversee lower-level technicians, and contribute to training initiatives.

salary: $58,240 - $74,880 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
