Instructional Designer

Location: Remote

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design, training, or learning experience.
• Proficiency in: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Microsoft Word & PowerPoint, WellSaid, Camtasia

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Performance, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related field.
• Experience in a consumer-focused organization.
• Background in healthcare and/or insurance industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply the ADDIE instructional design model.
• Analyze content and design effective learning solutions.
• Develop e-learning courses, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and job aids.
• Use standard templates and follow established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage timelines, report progress, and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members using communication and collaboration tools.
