LIHTC Leasing Specialist - Onsite, Commission & Growth

NRP Group is expanding its LIHTC community in Mesquite, TX. The Leasing Specialist will drive occupancy by generating qualified traffic, showing apartments, and processing applications, while upholding LIHTC compliance and Fair Housing guidelines. You will coordinate move-ins, collect fees, and maintain accurate files in Yardi. Under the Community Manager, you’ll execute on-site marketing plans, build community relations, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects alike. #J-18808-Ljbffr NRP Group
