Practice Info Opportunity to perform advanced GI procedures like ERCP and EUS Work with two experienced mentors who are willing to train you in advanced endoscopic techniques Collaborate with a robust support team including 2 APPs in the hospital and 2 APPs in the clinic The healthcare facility is a 268-bed acute care center serving an 11-county region across North Central Arkansas and South Central Missouri Approximately 120 physicians on active staff representing 31 specialties The hospital has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Arkansas Responsibilities Providing comprehensive gastroenterology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings Collaborating with a robust support team that includes 2 APPs in the hospital and 2 APPs in the clinic Utilizing advanced endoscopy suite for procedures, with additional options at a nearby outpatient surgery center Compensation $700k guaranteed salary plus RVUs = up to $1,000,000+ xmvmafu per year $1,500 monthly stipend provided for fellows in any year of their training Benefits Complimentary meals and access to the hospital's gym facilities for physicians Shift & Schedule Three days are set aside to do procedures Requirements Visa sponsorship available for H1B and J1 visa candidates graduating in 2026 2028 grads are eligible for the monthly stipend
