What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures including CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies
• Conduct drain placements, biliary stents, and abscess drainage in Cath lab and CT environments
• Handle thoracentesis, paracentesis, and dialysis procedures in the Cath lab
• Assist with peripheral and pulmonary venous thrombosis cases
• Occasionally perform embolization procedures for GI and bleeding issues
• Collaborate with hospital team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure accurate reporting and documentation

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Arkansas or ability to be licensed quickly (considering licensing candidates)
• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with general radiology responsibilities, including IR procedures, is ideal
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment

About the Assignment
This position is based at a 268-bed hospital in the scenic Ozark town of Mountain Home, Arkansas. You will be part of a dedicated team providing moderate interventional radiology and diagnostic imaging services. The role offers a Monday to Friday daytime schedule with no overnight call or weekend duties, making it ideal for work-life balance.
