Primary Position Requirements Meet and exceed sales goals and targets for gross profit, new activations, upgrades, wireless internet, smart phones, accessories and client satisfaction Obtain and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Wireless including pricing, plans, accessories, and all service features Provide client with world‑class customer service while offering solutions based on recommendations to allow for a dynamic customer experience Retention of clients through the sales process and follow up to ensure satisfaction and referral throughout client life cycle Maintain a Premium Retail work environment at all times Job Requirements: High School Diploma Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Computer skills: ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced retail environment Ability to maintain confidentiality with customer and company information Active learning skills Critical thinking skills Retail sales Ability to identify client needs, make recommendations, and add value based products which are mutually beneficial for the client and profitable for the company Ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays and evenings Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs require Effective organizational, negotiation, and closing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
